Our team

Meet our instructors

Joshua Greenlee, MBA, IASSC CBB™, HT/HTL(ASCP)cm

FOunder and instructor
Joshua Greenlee has greater than 20 years of laboratory experience, primarily in anatomic pathology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Master of Business Administration specializing in Project Management, and is dual ASCP certified as an HT/HTL(ASCP)cm. In addition to the laboratory, he spent 4 years working in the NAACLS-accredited histology program at Phoenix College. He joined Sakura Finetek USA, Inc., in 2015, and since then, he has earned certification as an IASSC Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. In his current position, Joshua focuses on workflow and implementation of innovative automation solutions in anatomic pathology. In 2021, Joshua also became a Benefactor Director and board member of the Anatomic Pathology Patient Interest Association (APPIA) whose mission is advancing anatomic pathology to benefit patient care by advocating and fostering quality, education, and best practices.

Kelli J. Dijak, MPA, SCT(ASCP) HT

instructor

Kelli Dijak has been in the laboratory industry for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cytotechnology, Master of Public Affairs with a concentration in healthcare administration and is ASCP certified as a CT, SCT and HT. Her current role in her multi-hospital healthcare system includes overseeing the Anatomic Pathology department operation as well as managing all regulatory and compliance activities for the system laboratory. Additionally, she manages the EMR for the healthcare system, overseeing all inpatient, ambulatory and ancillary build teams.
